Mark your calendars! Year Two of the American Cancer Society’s spectacular annual fundraiser, CURE! VISION 2020, is scheduled for September 25, 2020, at Wynlakes Golf and Country Club, and is shaping up to be the number one philanthropic event in the River Region!
You and your friends will enjoy a night out like none other—exciting live entertainment, special wine and liquor tastings, enticing live and silent auctions, and delicious food! Last year’s event greatly exceeded expectations, and we have accepted the challenge of making it bigger and better this year in homage to all those whose vision and hard work led to the most remarkable fundraiser ever—A Vintage Affair.
This event helped the American Cancer Society raise more than $6 million over the past 25 years, money that helped save and celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer. We are thrilled with this year’s plans, which will feature new experiences and expanded opportunities for the community to be involved.
We can’t wait. We are working hard to ensure that everything is top shelf. So, be sure to save the date, September 25, 2020, for one grand evening. Be sure to spread the word, and plan on bringing, friends, family and coworkers to experience what all the talk is about. Of course, your special evening will yield great news for cancer patients who may need transportation to treatment, more treatment options, and, above all, accelerated movement toward a world without cancer.
Please know that you and your support are very important to us, and vital to the ongoing work we do to improve the odds for remission/recovery and the quality of life for those currently battling cancer. The money raised at CURE! is used to fund programs and services offered to cancer patients in the community, and to aggressively fund research to discover a cure.

For more than a 100 years, The American Cancer Society has been leading the fight to end cancer. With your support, we have helped usher in an era where more people survive cancer than ever before. By translating our research findings into action, we've seen a 20% decline in US cancer death rates since the early 1990s.
